	*Cake Recipe* *Ingredients* Makes 2 x 2lb loaf tins. 8oz Butter 8oz Glace Cherries (chopped) 12 oz Soft Brown Sugar 2x 227g tins of Crushed Pineapple 1.5lb Mixed Dried Fruit 1 lb Self Raising Flour Mixed Spice 1 - 2 tbsp to taste. 4 Eggs.	*Cake Recipe,* *Method* Melt the butter in a large pan, add the chopped cherries and the sugar. Stir until disolved then add the pineapple and the mixed fruit. Add the flour, eggs and spice, mix well. Pour into the loaf tins and bake at Gas 4 180deg for about an hour and a half. Tip, Blend the spice with the flour first. Can be frozen. Tip. Keep out of reach of husbands.

	Green issues.

At Kingswood we re cycle tins, glass, plastic, carrier bags, cardboard, paper, garden waste and metals. We use energy saving bulbs in as many locations as possible. We use and have samples of sheeps wool insulation.

We encourage you to come and park your car, and enjoy a holiday without using it again until you leave.

We don't take part in any schemes we just do it !
